I’m Not Getting the Results I Want!

We’ve all been there where there’s something we want so bad, and we feel like we are working so hard to get it.

But are we working so hard to get it??? Or are we just THINKING about it until we are driven mad by it (literally through cortisol release), addicted to the thought pattern and selling ourselves the lie that we are failures?

1. Don’t think about it. DO IT.
2. Don’t do it like anyone else or for anyone else. Be YOU.
3. Ask for help.
